Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. Very peaceful too. Clean room with beautiful decorations. Friendly staff always willing to help out.

Prime location near many attractions and restaurants. Recently renovated historical building with spacious rooms and high ceilings. Impeccably clean with daily housekeeping. Fantastic breakfast and helpful staff. Perfect for exploring the area within walking distance.

The breakfast was tasty, delightful, the location was incredible! Also, I loved how brilliant the location was.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable with its close proximity to everything we wanted to see. We were right in the city centre and the river was just a short walk away. The room was gorgeous with stunning decor and a comfortable bed. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming, and the breakfast was incredible with fresh, flavorful fruit and delicious pastries.

One minor thing we noticed was the TV was a bit difficult to operate, but it wasn't a big deal for us since we didn't spend much time in the room.

The hotel is beautiful little, with a delicious breakfast, immaculate rooms and a great bed.

We had a fantastic xmas stay! the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and wine bars. the fact that the hotel took care of parking for us was a huge plus.

We stayed at Palazzo Ridolfi for three nights and absolutely loved it. The views from our upstairs apartment were breathtaking, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help us with our luggage. The kitchen was well-equipped, the location was perfect, and the furnishings were comfortable. The breakfast had a great variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms at this hotel are absolutely stunning, with beautiful fresco painted vaulted ceilings and large comfortable king-sized beds. The attention to detail in the décor is impeccable, making you feel like you're staying in a palatial Italian villa. The central location is perfect for exploring all the sites of this vibrant city, with everything just a short walk away.

My stay at Palazzo Ridolfi - Residenza D'Epoca was exceptional. The property is simply amazing with stunning frescoes in the beautifully renovated rooms. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the major attractions in Florence. I loved the quaint entrance and the elevator lift to the hotel floor. The breakfast was delicious and served with impeccable attention to detail. The rooms and dining area were immaculate and gorgeously decorated. The assistance from the staff, especially Tara, made our stay extra special. Her suggestions for dinner were spot-on and her knowledge of the city was impressive. I would definitely book here again and highly recommend it.

There were only two power points in the room, and one was located in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for charging devices. the limited TV channel availability meant that we couldn't watch important sporting events or news.

Natalya at the reception was especially polite and accommodating. The elevator was a great feature, especially for carrying luggage.
